« Le Magasin de be_pôles » is the online shop of the company be_pôles SAS, registered with the Parisian Trade Register (Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés) under the number B 432 519 999. Its registered offices are located at 6 rue Beaubourg, Paris (75004).
The aim of these General Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties involved in the sale of products through the online shop “be_pôles shop.”
The prices and products for sale are valid as long as they appear on the website, subject to stock availability.
When you place an order you accept irrevocably the price and the description of the selected products, as well as these General Conditions of Sale. Your acceptance entails the formation of a sales contract, subject to the confirmation of your order by be_pôles via electronic mail.
be_pôles reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason.
The prices of our products are indicated in Euros and are inclusive of all tax, including shipping and handling and VAT, for France and the European Union. For countries outside the European Union, the prices are indicated in Euros and are inclusive of shipping and handling, but exclusive of tax and VAT.
For a delivery outside the European Union, you could be obligated to pay customs duties, VAT or other taxes. You are solely responsible for verifying the possibility of importation of the products ordered under the applicable laws, as well as for all declarations and payments to the appropriate authorities or organizations.
be_pôles reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of the order. The products remain the property of be_pôles until full payment is received.
be_pôles will prepare an invoice that you will receive with the ordered products.
Payment of the price in full is due when you place the order and will be handled through PayPal.
The products will be delivered to the address you provide when placing the order.
All complaints must be made by writing directly to be_pôles upon receipt of the ordered products. You must keep the packaging and the delivery form.
In the event that the incorrect product has been shipped, you must return it to be_pôles within seven (7) days of delivery, in its original state and packaging, along with the accompanying documents. As of receipt of the product in accordance with these conditions, be_pôles will ship, at its expense, the product originally ordered.
In accordance with article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of seven (7) working days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right to return it, at your expense, without having to pay a penalty.
The product must be returned in its original state and packaging and must not have been used, nor have been subject to any damage whatsoever. Within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the receipt of the product you will be refunded the sum paid via PayPal.

The “acceptance click” constitutes an electronic signature that has the same value as a handwritten one.
If one or more provisions of these General Conditions are declared invalid, the rest will remain in full force and effect.
The contract established between the parties is governed by French law. In the event of litigation, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
